Your pet can benefit from good Feng Shui just as much as you! Follow these simple tips to give spot a balanced and happy summer!
The Outdoors are the Right Doors!
Animals live harmoniously in nature with the surrounding energies, if they spend most of their time indoors they do not get to take advantage of the natural outdoor energies that will benefit their health and well being. Animals tend to be cooped up with stagnant energies all winter. Ensure they get plenty of outdoor time this summer!
Where the Buffalo Roam!
As the old song goes - animals want to roam! If you don't have a big backyard to summer retreat think of taking your pet to a dog park where they can be let off their lease and run to their heart content! An energized, exercised, dog full of yang energy is a happy dog!
Summer Breeze Makes Me Feel Fine!
Who doesn't like taking a nap in a hammock as a sweet gentle summer breeze whisks by? Ok well maybe Rover isn't quite ready for the hammock but I'm sure he would appreciate being allowed to nestle under a shady tree and listen to the sounds of the summer for a few hours! Don't forget to give him this type of summer vacation as much as you can!
Fresh Water - Fresh Outlook!
Your pet will probably be much more active in the summer time, just like his owner!
Ensure you have plenty of fresh water available both inside and outside in order to keep him in tip top shape. Chances are if you are thirstily - he is too!

Going away to a resort or cottage? Ideally look for one that your pet can go to as well, after all who doesn't like rolling around on a white sand beach. If you can't take your pet then ensure you pick out a kennel that gives your pet lots of free time during the day to roam outdoors, and don't forget to pack him a special blanket from home!
